Brenda B. – Director
Brenda is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management of Information Systems. Brenda is the Director of Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ and Coachlight Clinic & Spa. She is responsible for the overall daily operations, financials, human resources and assisting in marketing of these two businesses.
Denise T. – Clinic & Spa Manager
Denise comes to Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and customer service. A graduate of Mount Mercy University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration she serves as our liaison in areas of practice management, business development, and marketing. Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ is a leader in the Midwest for plastic surgery and non-surgical procedures. Denise assists the clinic and staff to maintain this standard of excellence in your personalized care and delivery of service.
JORDAN B. – RECEPTIONIST
Originally from Iowa, Jordan started out studying Biology and Chemistry before pursuing a career as a hair stylist. She has worked the last 4 years as a hair stylist both in the metro area and in Aspen, CO. Now, with Des Moines Plastic Surgery, Jordan enjoys working with people and prides herself on being warm and welcoming to every client and will do her best to help in any way she can. She also believes every client should have the best experience possible–from start to finish. Jordan takes care of patient reminder calls, checking patients in and out of their appointments, answering incoming calls, among many other administrative duties!
KELSEY S. – RECEPTIONIST
Kelsey comes from Bobbi Brown Cosmetics as a trained makeup artist and knowledgeable in the field of beauty. She continues to learn and grow in all factors of the cosmetic industry! She also studied communications for 2 years at AIB College of Business. Her duties as a Receptionist for Coachlight Clinic & Spa are to schedule appointments, check customers in and out and help sell products. The most important responsibility though is provide our customers the best possible customer service from the moment they walk in to Coachlight Clinic & Spa to the moment they walk out!
