Laura brings over 12 years of experience as a nurse and prior to specializing in aesthetics she provided care for patients in emergency and clinical settings. Laura loves being able to make patients look and feel great through the art and science of injectable aesthetics. Heather joined the Coachlight injectable team in 2021 and her background includes over a twenty years’ experience as a registered nurse. Her most recent experience was supporting patients in a plastic & cosmetic surgery office, and she has been working with injectable patients since 2019. Heather enjoys the aesthetic practice simply because she loves seeing the confidence it brings to patients. Cara graduated from Professional Cosmetology Institute in Ames, Iowa in 2002. She has been in the medical industry for over a decade and has more than 19 years of experience in the skin care field. Cara is a licensed aesthetician for the state of Iowa and a Certified Laser Technician. Her menu of services keeps growing as the medical field keeps advancing. Meagan is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician in the state of Iowa. She has been in the beauty industry for more than 15 years as a makeup artist and body painter and graduated from Iowa School of Beauty in 2017.

Anastasia has been a physician assistant practicing medicine since 2017, after graduating from Des Moines University. Prior to injectables, she worked in Urgent Care and the Emergency Department. Her expertise is with Botox, Dysport, Fillers (Juvederm and Restylane), PRP microneedling, PRP hair, and Kybella. She loves marrying her knowledge of anatomy and medical science with her artistic talent to make people look and feel their best! Her favorite treatments include cheek filler, providing more defined bone structure and smoothing out wrinkles, and lips, providing a hydrated and youthful appearance. Kayla is a registered nurse who brings 8 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Brenda is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management of Information Systems. Brenda is the Director of Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ and Coachlight Clinic & Spa. She is responsible for the overall daily operations, financials, human resources and assisting in marketing of these two businesses.

Denise comes to Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and customer service. A graduate of Mount Mercy University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration she serves as our liaison in areas of practice management, business development, and marketing. Lauren holds a Bachelors Degree from Iowa State University and has over 10 years of experience specifically to the beauty and wellness industry in the fields of marketing, online presence, social media and branding. In addition she is a licensed cosmetologist, member of the Professional Beauty Association, and enjoys being an active member in the community by volunteering and fundraising for various organizations. Lauren is dedicated to leading our marketing initiatives and helping tell the story of our team and the services we offer.

Madi graduated from Kirkwood College with an associates degree in Business Management and emphasis on Human Resource Management. She has over 9 years experience in the customer service industry and over three years specifically in aesthetics. Madi enjoys working in the industry that helps people feel good about themselves! When Madi is not at Coachlight she loves spending time with her friends and family.
