Restylane Conveniently located to serve Des Moines
At Coachlight we offer several options for injectable dermal fillers, including the Restylane family of fillers. Our expert injectors will take time to discuss your concerns and provide a recommendation of the appropriate injectable filler.
Our Restylane Fillers
We offer a wide variety of dermal fillers in the Restylane family. The type of Restylane filler needed will depend on an individual’s aesthetic goals. Different dermal fillers target different areas, and each product in the Restylane line is versatile and effective.
Can be used to address a variety of facial aging issues. Restylane is effective for moderate to harsh age lines, depressions, and thin lips that lack definition.
Lip filler that adds volume, smooths upper lip lines for up to one year, and enhances lip color.
Recommended for filling out and lifting different areas of the face, along with the backs of the hands. It works well for restoring volume to hollow cheeks and depressions in the temples.
Specialized for lip augmentation and filling wrinkles around the mouth (perioral lip lines, also called smoker’s lines or lipstick lines). This lip filler can restore definition to thin lips and create a natural pout.
Used to soften mild or moderate laugh lines and wrinkles. It works well in restoring a natural and youthful look to the face, since it moves very naturally with the facial tissues.
Used to fill and erase deep midface lines like the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and parentheses lines.
How Does Restylane Work?
Restylane is a clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid (HA). It is specifically formulated to act like your body’s own hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid helps make the skin appear hydrated, healthy, and supple.
As we age, hyaluronic acid production in the body diminishes. The easiest way to replenish HA is with fillers like Restylane. Restylane adds volume and fullness to the skin. It is injected into the skin to smooth away deeper lines and wrinkles.
Where Can Restylane Be Injected?
The most common areas treated are the laugh lines around your mouth. It can also be used to plump up the cheeks, fill in the jowls and the lower jaw area around the mouth (smile lines).
How Long Does the Treatment Take?
At Coachlight we usually schedule about an hour for an injectable filler treatment. This allows us to spend time understanding what wrinkles or folds bother you and discuss our many options to meet your expectations.
The treatment sites are marked as a guide, and then injections of Restylane are precisely delivered. Since Restylane fillers contain a local anesthetic called lidocaine, which numbs the treatment region, the injections are not painful or uncomfortable.
Oftentimes, our patients combine this treatment with Botox Cosmetic to provide additional wrinkle reduction benefits in the forehead, frown line and crows feet areas.
Downtime and Aftercare
There is little to no downtime or recovery time with an injectable filler like Restylane. Typically, you should start to see results almost immediately, and results can last anywhere from 9 months to over a year.
As an FDA-approved treatment, Restylane is quite safe for long-term use. Once results fade, patients can return for maintenance treatments to extend their results.
As with any injectable dermal filler, you may experience minor side effects, like pain, swelling, bruising, or redness at the injection site. These side effects are nothing to worry about and usually subside in a couple days.
What Is the Cost of Restylane Lyft?
The cost of this treatment depends on the amount of product used, how many injections you receive, whether you combine Restylane Lyft with another treatment, and other various factors. Be sure to ask about the price of this treatment during your consultation with one of our certified injectors.
