Any day is a party day at Coachlight! We are open later on Monday & Tuesday nights and we have the most staff available on Fridays to accommodate larger groups. However, we can work with you to find the best day and time. Our West Des Moines location is open Monday-Saturday, closed Sunday.

For your most enjoyable experience, we like to recommend groups not much larger than 6 people. However, we are happy to work with you and your group’s needs. It is typical that for groups, start times will be staggered in order to accommodate everyone for their own treatment. For groups of 6+ we do add on 20% gratuity automatically unless a higher amount is requested.

Everyone is welcome to choose the service that they want, not everyone has to do the same. Our soak and scrubs are limited by use, as we have on therapeutic soaking tub available. Keep in mind that we will do our best, but cannot always have the entire group start/finish at the same time.

Couples (2 people) The options are endless! Single treatments like our spa facials and body scrubs are a great options to fit into busy schedules.  Looking for a service together? See our page about ‘Time for Two Soak & Scrub’. We also have a variety of customizable packages that range from a simple refresh to a luxurious relaxing experience and make for a true spa day.  

Small group (3-4 people) We can effortlessly accommodate, singles treatments and packages that include facials and body scrubs as well as any of our luxurious add-on services.

Large groups (5-6 people) For groups this size it is recommended that each guest chooses one of our main spa services – facial or body care scrub treatment and any add-ons they’d like.

Extra Large groups (6-10 people) It is recommended that each guest chooses one of our main spa services and plans to spend a good portion of the day utilizing the amenities as everyone in the group takes their turn receiving a treatment

Access to our day spa amenities is included with all 50 minutes spa facials, 60 minute body care scrub treatments, and packages. The day spa amenities include a pink Himalayan salt sauna, eucalyptus steam room, cooling rainfall shower, and relaxation lounge. During your time at the spa, we provide all spa guests with a waffle knit towel wrap, a plush spa robe, and slide sandals. Guests wanting to utilize our locker room and day spa amenities are encouraged to arrive an hour before their service are scheduled to relax before treatment.

All spa services are priced as is per person, we do not have an additional group discount. Spa facials and scrub treatments start at $160 +tax and gratuity. Spa packages start at $288 +tax and gratuity. Please see full spa service menu for additional service details.

You may pay however it works best for your group – all together or all separate is most common. Keep in mind that in order to redeem gift cards, we do need the physical card/or gift card code. Gratuity is separate and cannot be put on a gift card.  

All Coachlight spa packages include an automatic 10% savings on 2+ services for each guest.

The best discount we have is for our Aesthetic Club Members! Our Aesthetic club provides members with a 10% discount off of everything! This includes all full priced spa services and products! See our page about the Aesthetic Club for more information about growing your beauty bank!

Yes! We recommend small bites or snacks (think charcuterie, fruit tray, single serve desserts) We ask that these items be enjoyed in the sitting area of the locker room only, and not brought into other areas of the spa. You may bring beverages of choice as well, we just ask for nothing glass. We do not provide plates or cutlery. We do provide ice water, hot tea and hot coffee as well. We also offer 10% off charcuterie boards through our preferred partner, Brie’s Charcuterie—just ask us for the ordering link when booking.

Our facials are fully customizable to everyone’s unique needs and can make recommendations for younger spa goers. With adult accompaniment we allow guests of 12+ years of age to receive spa facials. Parent/Guardian written consent is required. For safety reasons, guests must be 16+ years of age to use the day spa amenities.

We require a credit card on file to hold all appointments. The party ‘organizer’ can provide this card information for the whole group, with the understanding that they would be responsible for all potential cancellation fees. Should anyone in the group not be able to attend their scheduled services, we ask for more than a 24 hours’ notice to avoid our same day cancellation fee of $50.
