What happens during the treatment?
Approximately 45 minutes to one hour before your scheduled Halo Pro treatment we will apply a topical anesthetic on your skin to reduce the sensation during the procedure. Our technician will measure the designated area to make sure all areas are treated evenly. Each section will then be treated by rolling the handpiece over the skin until the treatment is complete. Most patients describe the treatment as a warm feeling of heat with pricking sensations. The treated area will feel like a sunburn for approximately 30 minutes to an hour and a half.
How soon after my treatment can I return to normal activities?
For the first 24 hours, you should stay out of the sun and your skin will be red as if you have a sunburn. Depending on the treatment depth, will depend on how red your face may become. After 24 hours your skin will develop a light bronzing appearance. If treated on the face, this process, depending on the depth of your treatment, may last 2 to 5 days.
When will I see results?
Your initial results will be seen after the bronzing process is complete. This should take from two to 5 days. After that, your skin will continue to improve over time. We will have you return to our office a month after your Halo Pro treatment for a follow up VISIA Skin Analysis so you can see the results of your treatment.
How long will the treatment last and how many treatments do I need?
Because everyone ages differently, your results may last longer than your best friend’s. Keeping your skin out of the sun and wearing UV sunscreen is the best way to protect your skin and keep that new healthy “halo” glow for years to come. The number of treatments will depend on your available downtime, your budget, and goals for your skin. You may need one Halo Pro treatment or multiple depending on those factors.

Customizing Your Skincare
In addition to a Halo Pro treatment, we may recommend treatments of Forever Young BBL, Profractional, Microlaser Peels, and skincare to provide you with the best solution for your skincare issues. Each customer is provided a customized skincare plan. This plan and these recommended treatments may be a series over several months or even a year. How do I know I need the Halo Pro treatment?
In order for our technicians to provide you with the best solution with options, we offer complimentary skincare consultations. During this consultation, we will place you on our VISIA Skin Analysis machine and take a picture of your skin. This picture will allow our skincare professionals to analyze your skin, compare it to our database of millions of people your age, and create a customized skincare plan for you.
