Aesthetic Club Membership Frequently Asked Questions

The Coachlight Aesthetic Club Membership is an annual program that allows members to either “bank” $199 monthly or pay a total of $2388 and apply towards all Coachlight aesthetic treatments and in-store products. Members can use their membership funds to purchase regular priced treatments and products at their own pace.

All members enjoy a 10% discount on all regularly priced aesthetic services and products. Members can save or spend their membership bank funds at anytime. Current members are also eligible to receive complimentary cosmetic surgery consultations ($150 value) at Des Moines Plastic Surgery, complimentary BHRT consultations and complimentary GetHairMD consultations.

All members get their consult fees waived for consultations that normally require a consultation fee. This includes consultations for BHRT, GetHairMD, and consultations with the board certified plastic surgeons at Des Moines Plastic Surgery.

You can request a consultation date and time via the appointment request form on our members appointment request page here. One of our team members will reach out to you during regular business hours to schedule, otherwise you can also call either practice at your convenience and we can help schedule that complimentary consultation over the phone!

Members Appt Request

The initial contract is for 12 months.  After the initial 12-months it is month to month and a 30-day notice requirement to cancel. No refunds will be given for any remaining unused services. Your Membership is nontransferable and non-refundable.

Yes! You can start receiving your membership benefits right away.

Your reoccurring $199 monthly membership balance is issued every 15th of the month after the card on file has been processed.

Yes! You can option for either a monthly membership balance subscription (12 month duration) OR issue the total amount upfront (annual payment option). This upfront amount can automatically be applied towards regular priced packages and services!

Paying the amount of $2388 upfront allows you to apply the membership amount to any of our regularly priced packages or our larger priced treatments and receive a 10% discount immediately. Receive 10% off all year long on our in-store products and services.
